Scammers love it when you’re afraid and confused. That’s because when you’re feeling those emotions, you’re more likely to act on instinct and do what they ask you without stopping first to verify if they’re really who they say they are. 

That’s why a lot of scams try to scare you with things like account suspension and confuse you by saying that you need to perform an action immediately or else something bad will happen. 

That’s also why you need to be very suspicious if you are told these things. Never give in to the fear and confusion, and always verify with the bank or institution through the official channels before performing any actions.
